We can do this by targeting the body’s inflammaging. This is the scientific name for the collection of inflammatory processes that trigger the problems in our bodily systems that we wrongly attribute to age....

I will do all the heavy lifting on this and show you how to do what you personally need, based on the initial assessments that we do together.

What does the programme involve?

Inflammaging can be controlled by simple progressive steps in three areas.

  • State of Mind,
  • State of Body
  • State of Health.
